Newport Printing Solutions (NPS)

Remote – Fulltime Position

NPS is looking for an established salesperson who has integrity, high energy, and a competitive edge to be a key player on our sales team. Our ideal candidate would be an established print or promotional products professional with a proven track record in servicing and selling to business clients. You should already have a group of customers that want to follow you. Minimum of 2-3 years outside sales experience in printing or a printing-related environment. Must be comfortable making outbound phone calls, securing in-person meetings, and delivering presentations. Compensation will be driven by a performance with a draw against commission and a great benefits package.

Requirements

  • Successful sales experience
  • 2-10 years in the industry preferred
  • Strong lead generation skills through networking, cold calling & research
  • Ability to handle existing accounts while building new business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to succeed
  • Exceptional ability to create lasting relationships with prospective clients
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  • Positive personality and ability to influence decision-makers on value
  • Develop a personal sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Maintain the client/prospect database with up-to-date and accurate details

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from prospects and existing clients
  • Prospect and generate leads
  • Make regular and effective cold calls and drop ins
  • Identify emerging companies and markets
  • Analyze client needs and propose effective solutions
  • Represent NPS in a professional manner
  • Able to work independently to manage and expand the customer base
  • Provides regular and timely tracking of sales and prospecting activity
